Automotive final drive assembly and test intelligent production line

The main reduction ring line includes robot production change and loading, shell reduction measurement and loading, bearing inner and outer rings & oil seal pressing, bearing height measurement, shell reduction & main cone assembly height measurement, main cone small bearing pressing, bolt gluing and tightening, cylinder wheel & flange pressing, twelve-angle nut tightening and testing, twelve-angle nut locking, assembly unloading and other work stations.

 This line is fully automatic production, to achieve 24 hours of continuous and stable operation.

 The material transfer and replenishment of this line are completed by AGV transmission, and MES is connected with AGV dispatching system and stereo warehouse system to realize automatic replenishment and finished product warehousing.

 The production line is equipped with process monitoring, without to consider operational factors onto product quality. Also this line equipped with MES data management system, can trace product assembly information and automatic statistics of relevant data.

 The electronic control part of this line is centrally placed on the platform on the second floor, which reduces the floor space and facilitates personnel to check the running status of the control cabinet during the operation of the equipment, facilitating commissioning and maintenance.

 The production line can be compatible to produce 8 kinds of products. By issuing instructions through MES, the plant equipment and robots can realize automatic production change.
