Assembly and test production line of air spring shock absorber

The production line completes the key processes of assembly and testing of automobile air spring shock absorbers, such as clamping, optical detection, folding & stiffness, shock absorber sleeve O ring, air spring assembly, shock absorber nut tightening, helium inspection, angle correction and other work stations.

 Realize semi-automatic production, to achieve 24 hours of continuous and stable operation.

 Production line is equipped with process monitoring system to ensure ensure assembling quality and inspection quality, which equipped with MES data management system, that trace product assembly information and automatic statistics of relevant data.

 Part of the material transfer and replenishment of this line are completed by AGV transmission. MES automatically communicates with AGV dispatching system to realize automatic replenishment and product transfer.

 Highlights of this line: on-line measurement of dimensions after compression, automatic detection of product stiffness; Automatically determine whether the product detect with leaking gas, etc.
